Dynamic Duo in Lights, Camera, Action!

During a recent Tuesday morning Basics session at Wacol, Christopher and Alyce were unexpectedly presented with an exciting filming opportunity for a special 7 News Queensland segment for Happy Paws Happy Hearts. True to their enthusiastic nature, both participants quickly put their hands up to get involved.

This story was about more than their courage and willingness to share their experiences with the news crew. It highlighted the authentic and joyful bond between Christopher and Alyce, a connection that immediately lit up the room. Their interactions were full of genuine care, support, and playful camaraderie. Without any prompting from HPHH staff, they naturally demonstrated the unique friendship they share and what it means to them and demonstrated the way they work together to care for, train, and socialise the rescue animals who visit HPHH sessions.

Even in the potentially intimidating environment of cameras and media personnel, their authenticity and teamwork shone through. Christopher and Alyce approached the experience as a dynamic duo, supporting each other every step of the way, and emerged proud, energised, and exhilarated to have shared something new and exciting together.

They were both awarded a thank you certificate from HPHH following the event and expressed their enjoyment of the entire experience. Thank you, Christopher and Alyce, for sharing your experience and beautiful friendship with our community!
